1. The service

PrepForScrum provides online exam preparation for Scrum certifications (PSM I, PSPO I): practice questions, exam simulations, explanations, and progress analysis. The service is educational in nature. We are an independent platform and are not affiliated with Scrum.org. We do not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam — except as expressly stated in our Pass Guarantee below.

2. Pass Guarantee

If you pass our full exam simulation and then fail the corresponding real Scrum.org exam within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund 100% of the purchase price. To claim the guarantee, email us your Scrum.org score report (as proof) from support@prepforscrum.com.

3. Accounts and access

Access to purchased packages is granted to your personal account and is valid for the lifetime of the product, including future updates to the question pool. Accounts are personal and must not be shared.

4. Payments and refunds

All packages are one-time payments, processed securely by Stripe. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. The Pass Guarantee (section 2) applies in addition.

5. Intellectual property

All questions, explanations, and other content on this site are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or share them — including screenshots or question dumps. Access is granted for your personal preparation only.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PrepForScrum is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including exam fees, lost income, or failed exams. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
